Spent the day drawing and painting in Betsw-y-coed today. This is far as I got with a study before I had to call it a day as the main course on the menu for midges. I'll finish it off from the photos I took.
After some quick drawings of some sheep further up river, I retired to the pub for a sketch and a pint.
I have an article in the July edition of Leisure Painter magazine which is in the shops now. One of my favourite subjects, painting water, has left me pining for Cornwall again after seeing those images...Ah well, maybe this year, you never know.
